  • Spray the Sun Eclipse Cleaner onto the screen
  • Wipe the fabric clean with a cloth or paper towel
  • Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water
  • Also spray a small amount of cleaner on the suction cups and the area on the window where they are attached. Wipe clean with a cloth or paper towel to ensure the surface is grease-free
  • Let the screens dry completely before storing them

When is the best time to clean your screens?

  • Blijven Sun Eclipse screens zitten bij harde wind?

    Sun Eclipse screens en zuignappen blijven zelfs bij een voorjaarsstrorm zitten. Onze screens vangen weinig wind doordat ze kort op de ramen zitten en de zuignappen zijn berekend op hun taak.

  • Verkleuren de screens na een aantal jaar?

    Nee, de screens zijn bestand tegen UV-straling en verkleuren nauwelijks. Zowel het doek als de zuignappen zijn speciaal ontwikkeld om langdurig blootgesteld te worden aan zonlicht, zonder dat de kwaliteit of uitstraling merkbaar achteruitgaat.

    Dankzij een speciale coating blijven de kleuren langer mooi en hecht vuil zich nauwelijks aan het oppervlak.

    In de praktijk blijven de screens seizoen na seizoen netjes, zeker wanneer je ze één keer per jaar reinigt en na het seizoen schoon en droog opbergt.

  • Laten de zuignappen vlekken achter op mijn raam?

    Nee, de zuignappen laten geen blijvende vlekken of schade achter op het glas. Ze hechten zich vacuüm aan het gladde oppervlak, zonder lijm of chemische middelen.
    Na het verwijderen kan er soms een lichte afdruk zichtbaar zijn, bijvoorbeeld door stof of condens, maar dit maak je gemakkelijk schoon met de Sun Eclipse cleaner en een schone doek.

  • Wat is overmaat?

    Omdat Sun Eclipse screens 2 cm van de ramen af zitten, worden de screens standaard met 1,5 cm aan iedere zijde (3 cm per breedte- en hoogtemaat) overmaat geleverd. Hierdoor sluiten de screens goed af en kan er aan de randen geen hitte en licht passeren.

    Je kan ook kiezen voor geen overmaat, bijvoorbeeld als je hoge haakse rechtopstaande randen op je raamkozijnen hebt. Kies dan bij het bestellen onder ‘welk type kozijn heb je’ voor de optie ‘Diep en haaks’.

    Iedere andere afwijkende wens kan je via de besteloptie afwijkende maten doorgeven. Zo heb je een zonnescherm op maat.

  • Komen jullie ook opmeten en monteren?

    Sun Eclipse is de betaalbare oplossing tegen hitte binnenshuis. Daarom zijn we online only. Door de klant zelf het eenvoudige opmeten en monteren te laten doen houden wij de kosten, en dus de prijzen, laag.
